Auction Pickup, Transport & Shipping Information Estate Pickup – Glacier View, Alaska Pickup is located at approximately Mile 90 of the Glenn Highway in Glacier View, Alaska. Pickup Dates & Times: Saturday, October 31: 10 AM – 6 PM Sunday, November 1: 10 AM – 5 PM The property is accessed by a driveway with a slight hill. We will make every effort to keep the driveway and access road plowed and maintained each day, weather permitting. We will provide updates on road and driveway conditions through our Facebook page. The exact pickup address will be included with your invoice when the auction closes. Enjoy the beautiful drive to Glacier View! Make a day of it and stop for lunch or dinner at Long Rifle Lodge, which serves until 7 PM, or visit Eureka Lodge farther north. Transport to Palmer Warehouse Wild Alaska Auction Co. will have a trailer on-site and can transport purchased items back to our Palmer warehouse. Palmer Warehouse Pickup: Tuesday, November 3 Transport fees range from $10 per small boxed lot up to $100 for large or bulky items, depending on size and space requirements. If purchasing furniture or other oversized items, we strongly encourage you to arrange pickup directly from the estate whenever possible, as trailer space is limited. Please call or text us in advance if you need transport so we can plan accordingly. Shipping We know many of these unique European treasures appeal to collectors throughout the country, and we are happy to offer shipping on reasonably sized items. $10 handling fee, plus applicable packaging materials and shipping costs. Additional packaging fees may apply depending on the item’s size, weight, and fragility. We do our best to consolidate multiple purchases to help reduce shipping expenses. For oversized, fragile, or specialty items requiring professional packing, we are happy to coordinate with a shipping company of your choice. Please remember that we are located in Alaska, and shipping costs can be expensive, particularly for heavier or fragile items.
